Bedroom Mirror

We can now concerntrate on some finishing touches like this mirror in the bedroom.

Bedroom completed

Again our bedroom is now just about completed afetr fitting the carpet and curtains.

Dresssing room done

Carpet now fitted and wardrobes in - along with the home made curtains the dressing room is nearly done.

We just need now a large mirror and a dressing table

Bedroom and Dressing Room carpeted

Last weekend we carpeted the bedroom and dressing room. Moving all the furniture proved to take a lot longer than first thought. The bargain underlay went down well and the carpet was perfectly sized. After some knee bruising the finished article looks really good.

Hall Light

We've installed a new central hall light, it involved taking up the floor about. The finished article looks great and gives off a great light.

Attic Den Complete

A sport and war movie watching haven complete with heater, big telly and soon to wired in speakers as well as plenty of practical storage.

Thanks to Rob for the help laying the floor and to Dan for lifting the sofa all the way up the stairs (it was over two years ago - but emotional all the same).

Painting in the loft

We've spent the weekend painting the loft, a deep red on one wall, white on the ceiling and other walls, gloss on the woodwork.

We'll finish the painting during the week and put the floor down next weekend.
